Receive property enquiries with useful context

A message saying ‘Hi, I need information’ forces the team to rebuild the conversation. If someone already selected a property, the enquiry should retain that choice and what they want to do next.

01

Identify the property

Include the listing's public name or reference. When the link is shared, the team should still know which property the question concerns.

02

Retain the area

Show the neighbourhood or district as enquiry context. Do not infer personal preferences from information the person did not provide.

03

Ask about intent

Comparing, requesting details and seeking a viewing are different needs. Offer clear options without turning a selection into an automatic booking.

04

Request availability when useful

A preferred window can help coordination, but make it optional for someone who only has a general question.

05

Summarise before sending

Show the property, area and intent so the person can correct mistakes. Confirmation should say the request was received.

Example to adapt

Message template: ‘I would like details about [property] in [area]. I want to [compare/ask/view]. I can talk [optional time window].’ The team confirms availability separately.

Final check

Verify that the listing is current and the reply channel belongs to the organisation before publishing this journey.
